I can’t log into my account
Click on “If you can’t remember your password, click here” which is located directly under the login username and password box.

How do I create my free advertisements?
Once logged into your account, click on “My Account”.
In the “My Account” feature, you will have 8 different features available to your company.
In the “ Subscriptions: Free “ section, click on the icon or the blue text “click here to get started”.
You are now are the way to creating your free advertisement.
Select the default subscription of 1095 days, which entitles you to place up to 50 free advertisements, and then click on the red “click here to continue” icon.  
Once your free subscription is activated, continue by clicking “My Account” which will bring you back to the main menu in your account.
At this point you will be able to select “Create New Advertisements free of charge” and start entering information , pictures and phone numbers to best sell your company.
Note that your company can create, modify and manage up to 50 unique advertisements which enable your company to make specific advertisements for each category of expertise.

How do I get notified of leads that I’m interested in?  
Click on “My Account”
Under the category “Get E-mail Alerts for New Leads” click on the “Edit e-mail alerts” link.
Make sure you have selected “YES” under receive automatic e-mail , then select all appropriate categories for your company and click on the red bar below to activate your account with the lead notifications.

How do I respond to a rating by a customer?
Click on “My Account”
Under the category “Your Company Rating”, click on “View ratings details”.
Here you will be able to see all the reviews left by visitors and you will be able to respond to them appropriately if you like.

How do I change pictures and text in my personal profile?
Click on “My Account”.
Under “Your Profile”, you will need to click on “Update your profile and privacy options”.
Here you will be able to change any information and pictures you have submitted for your personal profile.
Quite often a homeowner likes to put a face with the person they are dealing with and it is highly recommended that you keep your personal profile updated and accurate to assist your company in any potential sales.
You can select to have your personal profile displayed under your company advertisement or keep it private if desired.

How do I upload pictures and events?
Click on “My Account” and you will see the icons for “Submit an Event” and “Submit Photos”.
Continue from here and you will upload them directly to our database for approval and display.
We recommend that you post events your company might be hosting or sponsoring as well as any trade shows you might be attending in the future; the more people that know where your company is going to be, the greater the chances you have of selling to them.
This feature is free along with many others in your account.

How do I stop or change an existing ad?
Click on "My Account” and at the bottom of the page you will see all of your active and inactive ads.
Click on the appropriate links to Edit, Run, Delete or View an existing advertisement.
